Refund Policy

Customized products (Eg: 3D selfie of human, pets, fantasy characters etc)

First and foremost, we at My3dselfie value customer satisfaction as one of our main priority We work day and night to make our customers happy. We try our best to make sure that our products do not have to be returned.Our products are fully customized. We are in the space of personalization/customization and for which the item does not have a resale value. The return goods can't be resold. Hence all our custom products are strictly non-refundable according to the industry standard. In the case of unforeseen circumstances, we re-evaluate customer's order on an individual basis and we may offer to redo the model for free based on the outcome of the first model.

We request our customer to be particular and specific and provide us with better quality photos while placing the order. First, for any reason, if the customer dislikes the end product, the customer should contact us first to see what can be done. Our policy lasts 48 hours of receiving the product. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product if you are dissatisfied with the product. And based on our evaluation, we may offer to redo the model with or without any additional cost.

If the item is broken during the shipping process, we will send you a new piece of the item.

Refunds for Non Customized products Only (Standard products/ready products which does not need any customization or personalization):

If the customer has a valid reason and the product is not what it is supposed to be and no other mutual agreement is achieved other than the return of the item, the customer will need to return the item within 48 hours of receipt of the item. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be estimated based on the merit of the request and the work consumed and then processed.The credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@my3dselfie.com

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping

If the product is damaged then based on your location, you will need to return your product to our location. If you are in North America, please return the item to our printing facility at My3dSelfie, 313 Potts Terrace,Milton, Ontario, L9T0X6, Canada.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
